Acceptable Use Policy

The boundaries that keep Tong useful, lawful, and safe for creators and the people they depict.

Create responsibly

Tong is positioned for lawful image and video creation. You control the prompts and references you provide, and you are responsible for every requested generation and its use. Respect consent, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, confidentiality, and required synthetic-media disclosures.

Zero-tolerance content

Tong prohibits child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized deepfakes, credible threats, extortion, and instructions that materially facilitate severe harm. Apparent child exploitation may be preserved and reported as required by law.

Deception and high-impact harm

Do not create false evidence, identity documents, fraudulent records, harmful impersonation, deceptive political media, or synthetic content intended to manipulate medical, financial, employment, legal, housing, education, or other high-impact decisions. Satire and commentary remain subject to law, rights, context, and disclosure obligations.

Platform abuse

Do not bypass safeguards, account limits, wallet controls, provider restrictions, or geographic controls. Do not scrape, overload, probe, distribute malware, steal credentials, expose private data, or attempt unauthorized access. Report security issues to security@tong.ai.

Enforcement

Tong may block a request, remove content, release a reservation, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or make legally required reports. Severity, intent, repetition, user history, and appeal evidence may be considered. Contact appeals@tong.ai for review.
